30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note: Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or tampered with.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods: Opened spice jars, bags, or salt grinders.

Custom products: Personalized gift sets or special orders.

Sale items: Items purchased during clearance or with gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
